To crack off-campus placements as a fresher, focus on learning in-demand technologies. For instance, if you're aiming for full-stack roles, build projects that solve real-world problems creatively, avoiding common projects like to-do lists. Aim for something unique, perhaps integrating AI with web development. To find off-campus drives, regularly check job portals, company websites, and social media platforms. Make sure your resume highlights your projects and skills relevant to the positions you're targeting. Consider booking a trial call for personalized advice based on your abilities.

Thank you! Best wishes for your placement! 🌟

Hi Srikanth,

The technology depends completely on your interest. As a fresher, you should be open minded and not focus on a particular profile. You can start full stack projects, build them and know where your interest lies.

For off-campus hiring drives, you should look to build your skill-set first as cracking off campus interviews is hard as compared to on-campus.

You can reach out to recruiters/employees directly on LinkedIn and company site, there are many companies that hire freshers based on referrals too.

What type of technology you are going to learn depends on your interest. Suppose if you want to be in web development you should focus learning on Javascript, HTML CSS , React for frontend and NodeJS and many other language for backend.

If mobile app development then you can choose kotlin for android or swift for ios. And there are other field also which you can explore if you are not sure about it.

Hi Srikant , there are sure a lot of different approaches to your query , it would be better if you book my long term program and i can guide you step by step. But to answer it in a gist , Linkedin is a good medium to find off campus opportunities. Project depends on your interests , there are also open source projects that you can contribute or maybe take part in hackathons and make more sustainable projects.
