- Shipped an end-to-end email service in less than 4 hours of receiving the requirement.
- Developed a Direct Messaging feature for community members of subscribers which enhanced the weekly engagement by 32% and campaign engagement by 76% on Discord.

Authored and Exposed a Vendor Background Check API to conduct KYC and compliance checks on Casino Patrons. In merely 3 months, it was subscribed by a total of 17 Casinos in California, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Macau.

- Reduced the response time of the dashboard data fetch API from 68.55 seconds to 19.22 seconds i.e. a latency reduction of approximately 72%. This further enhanced the User Experience by eliminating an hour of loading time per user per day (estimate based on 75 API hits per user per day as per app usage
metrics).
- Redesigned the APIs in order to enable multiple scenario tracking for a single Material, Plant and Vendor key combination of a product. As per the client, their macroeconomists were able to reduce the operational costs by an additional quantum of 2-3% (USD 70-80k) per quarter.

I think that moments that pull you down linger long enough to disturb your preparation and induce nagging doubts about the preparation strategy. These moments are especially brutal when rejections start to pile up. 

I've known these moments. I've moved past those. And I can help you do the same. Offers are not going to rain down on you from Day 1 and this is something that I as a mentor insist on being pro active about.

I don't claim to be very good at holding other people accountable. This is something that the mentee might have to manage on their own. What I can do is help you audit your commitment and tally its divergence from your expectations. This approach helped me a lot as compared to unnecessarily being harsh about preparation deadlines.

There are three main areas of goal setting which I can help you fixate on and work towards improving -

* Resume Building - The hardest part of interview prep and job switch is to get shortlisted for the right roles. So, this part of the process forms the building block of the entire preparation. My approach to this is a simple one - finalise your target roles, generate the CVs for those roles which are highly likely to get accepted and then build a roadmap towards manifesting that CV with a dedicated timeline.  

I do not see this as something separate from the Goal Setting process. 

The most important thing right now in interview preparation is to eliminate the noise proliferated by Social Media influencers on resources which come in handy for interview preparation. The right way to go about preparing is to identify effective resources and master what they provide instead of going after time consuming and productivity exhausting stuff.

I don't believe in mothering mentees, but in times of need, it's always nice to chat on call and discuss bothersome issues and sticky pointers. So, I promise to be available on call and chat if and when needed.

Communication during interviews is a much-needed skill. This is something which I've gleaned via rejection feedbacks and therefore, I intend to spoon feed my mentees on the right way to communicate during interviews so that they don't face a similar plight.
