Who can join my Long Term Mentorship Program?

I expect my mentees to be engaged, communicative, respectful, and committed. They should be willing to ask questions, share their ideas, take feedback, and listen to my advice. They should also respect me as a mentor and be open to my feedback. I know that every mentee is different, so I don't expect to experience all of these things with every mentee. However, I am committed to building strong mentoring relationships, and I believe that these expectations will help to ensure that my relationships are successful. I am patient, supportive, honest, and flexible. I know that it takes time to build trust and rapport, and I am willing to put in the effort to do so. I am also committed to providing my mentees with the support and guidance they need to succeed. I am excited to work with my mentees and help them achieve their goals.
